Liz & Joe's wedding was my last wedding of 2018...because it took place on the last day of the year - New Years Eve! And it was one of the funnest weddings I have photographed. It included everything from fireworks to sparklers to a cannon that launched confetti across the entire dance floor at midnight. It also included a group of truly incredible people who made me feel like part of the party the entire day.
There was one major takeaway that I was left with after this wedding and that is - DAMN it feels so good to love my job so much that I choose to do it on New Years Eve. And, after the photo above was FEATURED on one of my favorite feature instagram accounts, @weddingpioneer, on the first day of 2019, it is definitely an understatement to say that this wedding set the tone for the rest of 2019.
