Brandon and I have known each other since elementary school. He was the only boy that my parents would let sleep over my house when we were kids because he was so obviously a good soul and we so obviously had an incredible platonic friendship. He is one of the funniest people I have ever known.
I hadn't seen Brandon in about a decade when he reached out to me to do this shoot with his wife. They are expecting a baby in August! Katie has this old-Hollywood sort of beauty that was SO INSPIRING to me when it came to taking pictures. Her energy is warm and sincere, matching Brandon.
THEN THERE WAS GRANT. Grant is their gorgeous puppy and Brandon and I were able to relate when it came to the overbearing and smothering dog-parenting style that we share.
I look forward to meeting their (human) baby!!!
