1. How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?

I recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue secured—typically 12–24 months in advance. Popular dates fill quickly!

2. What’s included in your wedding photography packages?

Each package includes:

  • Pre-wedding consultation

  • A set number of coverage hours (8 hour average)

  • A preview gallery sent within one week of your wedding (approximately 50 images)

  • Professionally edited high-resolution images (approximately 800 images)

  • Rights to print & share your images

    *Optional add-ons include engagement shoots, second shooters, rehearsal dinner coverage and more.

3. Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely! I love destination weddings and are available to travel worldwide. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

4. How many images will we receive?

It depends on the coverage hours and size of your event, but the general rule is 100 images per one hour of shooting.

5. When will we receive our photos?

You can expect your final edited gallery for portrait sessions (family, maternity, engagement, etc.) in approximately 3 weeks and for weddings within 3-5 months. I also send a sneak peek within the first week after your wedding.

6. Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes! I offer beautiful prints for purchase directly through your online gallery! I am also happy to work with you after your wedding to build an album. Prices vary.

7. What happens if you're unable to shoot our wedding due to an emergency?

In the rare event of an emergency, I have a network of trusted professional photographers I can call upon. Your wedding is my priority and I’ll ensure you’re in great hands. (For the record I’ve been doing this for over a decade and have only ever missed one wedding and that was due to Covid).

8. Do you have insurance?

Sure do! I carry full professional liability and equipment insurance. Some venues require this, so I am happy to provide proof if needed.

9. How do we book you?

Simply reach out through our contact form to check availability. Once we have chatted a bit, I’ll send a contract and invoice to secure your booking with a retainer. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your wedding date. The balance is due one month prior to the event.

10. What happens if we need to reschedule a portrait session?

While the deposit is non-refundable, I am happy to carry it over to a rescheduled date!
